Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Sunshine Software Online Store purchase, please call (+8801714044181 ) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 calendar days of date of purchase. The product must be returned to Sunshine IT within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be unopened and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
How to Request a Refund
Within 10 days of date of purchase from Sunshine Online Store:
Call (+8801714044181 ) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.
Ship the unopened product to Sunshine Software (see address below).
A refund will be processed within 10 day of receipt of the product.
